Security Consulting, Security Orchestration, Automation, Response & Threat Intel Management

As an IT Specialist Manager (Cybersecurity), the applicant needs to have more than 10+ yrs of experience in planning, organising, managing and coordinating technical projects for various enterprises and organizations globally. The applicant needs to have proven track record of managing multiple projects across various industries and on different cyber security solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build, design and develop solution strategies for large enterprise and telecom/ service providers.
Lead the Implementation projects for Imperva Data security solutions and RSA Netwitness XDR
Build Architecture design for database security solutions for enterprise customers.
Support activities in service management platform including architecture/designs and identified process, procedures and methods.
Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Work closely and effectively with customers, partners, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Identify and apply innovative practices in security to enhance global operations.
Interact with Security and IT technologies relating to customer environment
Ability to communicate effectively in crisis situations with all levels of an organization from Engineering/Operations to CIO/CISO audiences
Ability to create project documentation
Manage technical service delivery and manage customers/ escalations.
Monthly presentations and reporting to Customer and senior management
Supervise the techincal team and coordinates trainings

EXPERIENCE

Experience in Imperva DAM/ Data Security Fabric, Splunk and Netwitness XDR is must
Experience with Architechture design, implementation and operations of Database Activity Monitoring solutions is must
Experience managing complex security solutions in large environments
Strong understanding of Linux or Unix, network troubleshooting analysis and current security threats
Experience with Imperva API Security solution
Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols and applications
Detailed technical experience in the installation, configuration, and operations in large Enterprise/ Service Provider environment
10+ years of Experience with Database Security /SIEM /XDR
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Cisco/ Imperva/ Splunk/ Microsoft/ AWS certifications preferred
