Job Requirements:

  • Design, Implementation and Migration of Microsoft / BIND/ VitalQIP DNS servers to Infoblox, as needed.
  • Design, Implementation and Migration of Microsoft / ISC DHCP servers to Infoblox, as needed.
  • Developing data mapping and transformation methods using custom scripts.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans designed to migrate customers from their current architecture to their new solutions.
  • Develop project documentation and follow Change Management process.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal groups (Professional Services, Engineering, Sales) as well as with customers.
  • Requires travel.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • Knowledge of network switches, routers, dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
  • Knowledge of scripting in Shell / Perl / Python is preferred.

Job Description:

  • Solution design, implementation and support of Imperva WAF (Web Application Firewall) and DAM (Database Activity Monitoring)
  • demonstrate an ability to be a trusted advisor to clients
  • Help customer understand the capabilities and limitations of the technology and help them create processes that can be implemented in Imperva DAM and WAF
  • Document all requirements and solutions and training the customer in usage of the application.
  • Maintain and upgrade the Imperva solution.
  • Integration with other Security Ecosystem components in clients environment

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with Imperva WAF and/or DAM
  • Imperva Specialist certifications desirable

Job Requirements:

  • Provide detection and response to security events and incidents.
  • Thorough investigation of security alerts generated by our security tools
  • Utilize industry standard network and host forensic tools in order to fully understand the scope of an incident
  • Work the full ticket lifecycle; handle every step of the alert, from detection to remediation.
  • Handle user reported cases of potential phishing, and spear phishing campaigns.
  • Research, and analyze wide variety of commodity and APT based malware and techniques.
  • Search our existing infrastructure for signs of malware, and malicious events not detected by our existing security controls.
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain SOC policies, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all SOC (Security Operations Center) tickets are handled and resolved within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Staying up to date with current security vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures.
  • Monitor security alarm activity from remote communications sites to ensure company compliance.
  • Create and run search queries in SIEM tool to help with identifying and troubleshooting security issues.
  • Utilize tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nmap, PCap, etc.) to identify and map devices on the network.
  • Interface with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to mitigate security incidents.
  • Assist with the preparation of SOC reports.
  • Investigate and provide technical analysis of various security incidents and possible compromise of systems.
  • Provide recommendations for responding to malware incidents.
  • Work directly with other SOC Incident Responders and NOC Engineers for issue resolution.
  • Assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into the systems operation and make recommendations for implementation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • 3+ yrs experience in Information Security Operations, Incident Response.
  • Experience in Security Management and SIEM (RSA Netwitness / Splunk / Arcsight / LogRythm / Qradar / Elastic Stack/ELK).
  • Experience with Incident Management Tools.
  • Possession of Industry Certifications (Security+, SSCP. GCIA, CISSP, CEH, ECSA).
  • Scripting Knowledge (python, perl, etc).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal groups (Professional Services, Engineering) as well as with customers.
  • Proven experience to work as part of a team of Engineers and to deliver one or several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, Self-starter and able to work independently, while also able to share responsibilities, ideas and other information.
