Job Description:

  • Design and Implement RSA Archer GRC solution.
  • Configure Archer and appropriate modules, including custom modules, if required.
  • Help customer understand the capabilities and limitations of the technology and help them create processes that can be implemented in Archer.
  • Document all requirements and solutions and training the customer in usage of the application.
  • Maintain and upgrade the Archer solution.
  • Work with other team members to integrate data sources into Archer.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with RSA Archer eGRC.
  • RSA Archer Certified Administrator certification desirable
  • Experience with translating customer requirements into Archer solutions via custom ODAs, fields, DDEs, and reports where appropriate.
  • Ability to leverage the Archer Data Feed Manager to integrate external data sources.
  • Excellent grasp of the methods by which Access Control is implemented within Archer.
  • Candidate must possess excellent oral/written communication skills and a proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and be able to document requirements and solution modifications.
  • It is highly desired that candidates have worked in a client-facing environment previously and possess strong interpersonal skills Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and XSLT programming and Archer API is a plus.
  • Experience with FISMA, NIST, PCI-DSS standards is a plus (this includes experience executing the full life-cycle of C&A activities including: Defining the certification boundary, performing formal and technical risk assessments, developing and executing Security Test and Evaluation(ST&E) requirements, and developing Systems Security Plans (SSP) in accordance with federal and industry directives, guidelines, and best practices)

Job Requirements:

  • Provide detection and response to security events and incidents.
  • Thorough investigation of security alerts generated by our security tools
  • Utilize industry standard network and host forensic tools in order to fully understand the scope of an incident
  • Work the full ticket lifecycle; handle every step of the alert, from detection to remediation.
  • Handle user reported cases of potential phishing, and spear phishing campaigns.
  • Research, and analyze wide variety of commodity and APT based malware and techniques.
  • Search our existing infrastructure for signs of malware, and malicious events not detected by our existing security controls.
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain SOC policies, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all SOC (Security Operations Center) tickets are handled and resolved within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Staying up to date with current security vulnerabilities, attacks, and countermeasures.
  • Monitor security alarm activity from remote communications sites to ensure company compliance.
  • Create and run search queries in SIEM tool to help with identifying and troubleshooting security issues.
  • Utilize tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nmap, PCap, etc.) to identify and map devices on the network.
  • Interface with Level 2 and Level 3 teams to mitigate security incidents.
  • Assist with the preparation of SOC reports.
  • Investigate and provide technical analysis of various security incidents and possible compromise of systems.
  • Provide recommendations for responding to malware incidents.
  • Work directly with other SOC Incident Responders and NOC Engineers for issue resolution.
  • Assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into the systems operation and make recommendations for implementation and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • 3+ yrs experience in Informationa Security Operations, Incident Response.
  • Experience in Security Management and SIEM (RSA Netwitness, Splunk, Arcsight, LogRythm, Qradar, AlienVault).
  • Experience with Incident Management Tools.
  • Possession of Industry Certifications (Security+, SSCP. GCIA, CISSP, CEH, ECSA).
  • Scripting Knowledge (python, perl, etc).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal groups (Professional Services, Engineering) as well as with customers.
  • Proven experience to work as part of a team of Engineers and to deliver one or several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, Self-starter and able to work independently, while also able to share responsibilities, ideas and other information.

  • Design, Implementation and Migration of data from the clients current systems to solutions to Infoblox, as needed.
  • Developing data mapping and transformation methods using custom scripts.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation plans designed to migrate customers from their current architecture to their new solutions.
  • Develop project documentation and follow Change Management process.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal groups (Professional Services, Engineering, Sales) as well as with customers.
  • Requires travel.
  • Performing pre-migration testing and implementation process validation.
  • Must be EU Citizen

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • 5+ years experience in design and implementation of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM, ADP, NETMRI, Network Insight, BIND DNS
  • Knowledge of network switches, routers, dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP).
  • Knowledge of scripting in Shell / Perl / Python is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently
